Mental fitness also means having the ability to process and respond to challenges healthily and effectively. this is your ability to think clearly.
Emotional fitness
It is the ability to identify and feel situations without judgment or blame. this determines your ability to take action.
Spiritual fitness
connecting to a higher power, and purpose in your life. This determines your level of involvement.
As a rule, person who is fit in all 4 dimensions is a High Performer
